- One-on-One training - 60 minutes, whether you want to lose weight, lose inches, get stronger, increase your metabolism, improve you nutrition, or just improve your overall health and fitness, our expert team of fitness specialists and strength coaches are committed to providing the right plan for you to reach your goals.
- Speed Circuit Training - 30 minutes of training for individuals whose schedules are very demanding and are short on time. SCT is also for those who would like a very fast pace training session.
- Sports Specific Training - To provide athletes with the most effective, up-to-date education, training, and techniques. Teaching and coaching are done in a motivating, engaging training environment fostering unmatched results. Our elite fitness specialists serves as mentors and ambassadors for athletic performance. We are dedicated to changing the lives of athletes and being positive role models.
- In Home Personal Training - 60 or 30 minutes of at home training for the individual whose schedule is very demanding.
- Email Coaching - The online custom training includes individualized programs emailed to you once a week, changing the program as your body adapts to each successive workout. Your program will be reviewed and revised weekly to keep you on track, the goal is to make sure your body is always progressing, getting better and better, and getting you closer to your health & fitness goals.
